Man charged with indecent assault of child

A man has been charged with indecent assault over an incident involving a 13-year-old girl in Sydney's south last month.

The 22-year-old man allegedly indecently assault the girl at a Hurstville park in mid-July, and a search of a home in Panania on Thursday led to his arrest and the seizure a number electronic items.

The man is due to appear at Sutherland Local Court next Wednesday.
