AAP
A 55-year-old man has been charged with sexual assault after turning himself into police over an incident from May in Sydney's east.
Police say a woman was on her way home, having left a bar in Randwick in mid-May, when she was sexually assaulted.
The man, who turned himself into Maroubra Police Station on Thursday, has been granted conditional bail to appeal at Waverley Local Court next month.
