Man charged after Sydney cigarette attack

A man stubbed out a cigarette on a young woman's back in Sydney's eastern suburbs, police say.
The man, 24, approached the 18-year-old as she sat on a Potts Point bench on Wednesday afternoon. The assault left her with blistered skin, police say.
He was arrested a short time later and will face assault charges in Central Local Court on Thursday.
