Toddler suffers horror injury in lawn mower accident
A child has been airlifted to hospital after suffering a serious injury caused by a lawn mower.
The infant, believed to be a toddler, suffered a serious foot injury while mowing the lawn with their parent at a house on Wyndham Avenue in Mount Wilson, west of Sydney.

Paramedics attended the scene, as did CareFlight doctors and officers, and offered critical care to the toddler at the scene.
The child was flown to Westmead Children’s Hospital by CareFlight, with the toddler’s father travelling with paramedics to the hospital as well.
The child is in a serious but stable condition.
