Boy, 13, hospitalised after NSW car crash
AAP
A 13-year-old boy is in hospital with arm injuries after the car he was travelling in crashed into a pole in the NSW Hawkesbury region.
The male driver, believed to be in his 30s, was travelling around a bend on River Road at Lower Portland on Friday evening when the car hit the pole.
The boy has been taken to Hawkesbury Hospital in a stable condition. Police are investigating the crash, but believe speed and alcohol were not contributing factors.
