UPDATE: Homicide police appeal for information after man's body found in Wollongong unit

Police are appealing for information following the discovery of a man’s body in a unit in the NSW Illawarra region yesterday.
About 4.10pm police attended an apartment block on New Dapto Road in Wollongong where they discovered the man’s body.
The body is yet to be formally identified and it's not yet known how the man died.

A crime scene has been set up and detectives from the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad are helping with the investigation, police said.
