Two men have been released on bail, after its alleged a Sydney father's head was repeatedly stomped on during a brawl in a McDonald's car park.”

Four men appeared in court today after being arrested and charged over a fight in Penrith McDonald’s that left Shannan Rushworth with severe facial injuries and injured another.

The 32-year-old father remains in hospital after allegedly being knocked unconscious and having his head repeatedly stomped on about 1.30am on Sunday.

Paramedics said bystanders who saw the brawl described the attack as confronting.

“He was unconscious and had significant injuries to his head and face, and he also lost quite a lot of blood,” said Inspector Phil Templeman from NSW Ambulance.

“He was severely injured and we received reports that it was quite a distressing scene.”

Brothers Mitchell and Blake Milgate were granted bail today, while their other brother Wendell and co-accused Byron Donovan were remanded in custody.

The bailed brothers were issued strict bail conditions which includes abiding by a curfew and not contacting their alleged victims.

All four are facing charges of affray and a range of assault charges, including assault occasioning actual bodily harm and causing grievous bodily harm in the company of others.

The bailed brothers will appear in court on February 21.

The two others will appear again in April.
