Video shows Russians don't shop like us

We’ve seen the worst of Walmart from the US, now it's time to cringe and squirm at how Mother Russia does shopping.

In a video uploaded to file sharing site LiveLeak entitled 'A normal day in a Supermarket in Krasnoyarsk, Russia' viewers are shown a rare insight into the bizarre everyday life at a convenience store.

Some of the oddities include a shopper who takes a blue shopping basket and places it on the head of an employee, for seemingly no reason at all, before skipping off.

In another instance, a young man jumps into a trolley as his friend pushes him around the store.

A dim witted thief is also captured stuffing a bottle of vodka into his jumper while standing directly in front of a CCTV camera.

But it isn't just the customers who like to have 'fun'.

Employees are filmed dancing in the aisles, knocking things over and repeatedly smashing a box over the head of their superior in an effort to get their attention.

Oh, Russia. Don't ever stop being so hilarious.
