Tiger Woods' Swedish island getaway on the market

Golfing great Tiger Woods has put his private Swedish island he once shared with ex-wife Elin Nordegren on the market.

The private getaway is located in Lake Malaren, the third largest lake in Sweden.

The island covers 330,000 square metres and includes a hunting lodge, a landing strip for private planes and, of course, a golf course.

It also features horse stables, a historic fort and a private jetty.

Woods bought the island during his marriage to Ms Nordegren. 

In 2010, after six years of marriage, the couple were involved in a public divorce due to the golfer's infidelity.

Woods is reportedly selling the island as he no longer requires a property in Sweden.
