Three-year old UK girl singlehandedly delivers lamb

A three-year-old UK girl has helped a ewe give birth in a straw clad barn in a remarkable online video.

The footage posted to YouTube on Friday shows a young girl in a bright red jacket crouched behind the ewe in preparation for its delivery.

Her mother can be heard off camera giving instructions as the three-year-old proceeds to put her hands inside the animal's uterus to manipulate the unborn lamb.

"I feel his mouth," the girl says.

"Pull away" says her Mum.

The three minute video concludes with the young girl pulling the lamb from its mother.

The video has been viewed almost 25,000 times and has received a plethora of comments.

"God damn. Lilly, you're a badass. I'm proud of you," one user said.

"Very good, love the youngster's enthusiasm," said another.
