Desperate search for survivors of deadly landslide in Colombia

Rescue workers are combing through a mountain of mud and rock trying to find survivors after a landslide killed at least six people in Colombia.

Heavy rains caused the massive landslide, the size of two football fields, to spill across the main highway between Bogota and Medellin, Wednesday morning local time.

Several cars and a restaurant were swallowed up in the disaster, with more than 100 rescue workers called in to comb through the area.

It is believed more than 10 people are still buried under the rubble. 

The road, in Copacabana municipality near the western city of Medellin, will be closed for several days.
