Disgraced music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has reportedly received hospital treatment for a head injury he suffered in the US prison where he is serving a four-year sentence.
Combs, 56, was taken from the New Jersey federal prison to hospital after a “medical emergency” in the early hours of Saturday, reports TMZ.

It was not clear how Combs received the head injury.
A spokesperson for Combs told USA Today on Monday (Tuesday AEDT) “we are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs,” but declined to share additional details about the rapper’s condition.
They said Combs’ office was “working to confirm the circumstances”.
“Sean’s health and wellbeing are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out,” the spokesperson said.
Combs was sentenced to four years in prison in October 2025 after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution following a bombshell trial.
Earlier, he was convicted of flying people across US state lines for drug-fuelled marathon sexual encounters.

For more than two decades, Combs was one of hip-hop’s most opportunistic entrepreneurs, spinning his hitmaking talents into a broad business empire that included a record label, a fashion brand, a TV network, deals with liquor companies and a key role in a reality TV show.
But in November 2023, dozens of lawsuits were filed by women and men accusing Combs of sexual abuse.
In May 2024, an eight-year-old video emerged of Combs beating R&B singer Cassie in a hotel corridor.
He was arrested and charged months later.
