ISIL releases guide on 'how to be the ultimate jihad wife'

A new ISIL propaganda video has reportedly emerged online with a guideline for women on how to be the "ultimate wives of jihad" and how to "support your mujahidin".

A video released online by the new Islamic State media group the Zora Foundation reportedly uses animations of a sewing machine, a first aid box and kitchen appliances to outline the ways women can help serve ISIL, the Independent reported.

Women are encouraged to contribute to jihad through "feminine manual labour" tasks such as cooking and nursing the militant fighters.

There is even a recipe which explains "a quick, light recipe that should be taken with coffee and will replenish the mujahidin".

"Or it can be taken with water and is especially good in between battles. They contain many calories, and will prolong the strength and power of the mujahid", the guide explained.

The Zora Foundation is the latest ISIL media group establishing themselves across social networks, releasing videos and posting tweets to educate women about how they can contribute to ISIL.

The foundation’s material was posted in Arabic and has been shared by ISIL supporters with the social media accounts gaining over 2500 followers in two weeks.
