Fireworks factory explosion knocks cameraman off his feet

The initial blast from an exploding fireworks warehouse in Colombia was so powerful a cameraman trying to film the event was thrown off his feet.

Footage shows the sparks streaking through the sky all around the cameraman as he is knocked onto his back.

The explosion happened in the town of Granada, near the capital Bogata, Fox News Latino reports.

The cameraman apparently picked himself and took cover behind a parked bus.

But at least two others were injured by shrapnel from the explosion.

The local provincial governor said an investigation had been launched to determine why the factory blew up.
