UK man goes under the knife to emulate the Kardashians

An Englishman who has spent more than $27,000 on cosmetic procedures in a bid to look like the Kardashians plans to have six ribs removed to achieve his ideal hourglass figure.

James Holt from the English town of Bury started his cosmetic crusade five years ago after he became obsessed with the "fake" look of Khloe Kardashian.

Over the last five years the 22-year-old has spent more than $13,000 on lip fillers alone.

He has spent $3968 on Botox and $2645 on cheek, eye and jawline fillers; all of which have been financed by a trio of “sugar daddies”.

Holt said his cosmetic transformation is only just beginning.

"I’m going to be really fake looking - that’s the look I’m going for," he told the Manchester Evening News.

"Since Kylie started getting big lips a year ago it’s become really fashionable. Mine are bigger than Kylie’s now."

In the space of one week, Holt admitted to having 6ml of Botox pumped into his lips to impress his friends.

"I loved my look. It was big and juicy and it was just what I wanted," he said.

Holt now wants to have six ribs removed after failing to change his waist line with a corset.

He also plans to have a chin implant, his toes straightened and fat transferred to his backside.

The 22-year-old who identifies as asexual said his male benefactors don't expect anything in return for their financial investments.

"I don’t know what they’re getting out of it; they don’t get much from me."
