Football star David Beckham’s oldest son Brooklyn will not be offered a scholarship deal at Arsenal, the English premier league club where he trains.
The 15-year-old budding right midfielder has been enrolled at the club’s academy alongside younger brothers Romeo, 12, and Cruz, 10.
However when he stepped up recently to play in the Under-18’s squad, his skills didn’t make the cut for the north London club’s selectors, according to ESPN.
The coaches were reportedly impressed with his performance, but the teenager wasn’t at the top of the pack.
The famous offspring will continue fitness training with Arsenal until July when he may move to a different club depending on offers.
