Australian tourist dies suddenly in Nepal
An Australian man aged in his 60s has died while hiking in Nepal.
9News understands the man was trekking to Tumlingtar in the Sankhuwasabha district after departing Lukla when he fell ill on Monday.
The small town of Lukla is popular among travellers visiting the Himalayas and Mount Everest.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) confirmed authorities are providing assistance to the man's family.
"We offer our deepest condolences to his family and friends," a spokesperson told 9news.com.au.
"Owing to our privacy obligations, we are unable to provide further comment."
