Roof collapses at Badminton tournament
A stadium ceiling has collapsed during a badminton tournament in Vietnam only moments after the court was cleared.
A match was underway yesterday when the referee noticed the ceiling at Ho Chi Minh City's Phan Dinh Phung Stadium begin to give way and immediately suspended play, Dan Tri reports.
Moments later the ceiling partially collapsed as nearby competitors looked on and spectators laughed.

However, not everyone saw the funny side with Singaporean athlete Terry Hee saying "This is the scariest competition I've ever participated in. What a disaster!"
The Yonex Sunrise Vietnam Open has since been forced to relocate.
