Philippines: virus cases numbers top 460

The Philippines' health ministry has confirmed eight new deaths because of the coronavirus outbreak.
It also announced 82 more infections.
This brings country's total deaths to 33 and confirmed cases to 462, said Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire.
