Travel Guides is about as good a gig as it gets.
The Guides jet across the globe and experience the most unique cultures, experiences and cuisines the world has to offer – all with their favourite people!
There are 13 Aussies lucky enough to rate and review the world's best holiday destinations.
Travel Guides will premiere Easter Monday April 21 at 7.30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
From the best of friends to long-time couples, the Guides are regular Aussies from all walks of life. Some have been in the Travel Guides game for a while and others are still fresh on the scene.
As we gear up for Season 8 of Travel Guides on Easter Monday April 21, let's get reacquainted with the cast of the show...
Karly and Bri
Karly and Bri are the newest Guides, having joined the show for the first time in Season 7 in 2024.
While Karly hails from Perth and Bri from Sydney, their paths crossed while filming Beauty and the Geek for Channel 9 a couple of years ago and the best friends have been inseparable ever since.
Both in their early 30s and bubbling with energy, Karly and Bri have definitely brought their wide-eyed wonder and glamour to the newer seasons of Travel Guides.

Before joining Travel Guides, Karly and Bri admitted their travel experience didn't extend beyond Bali.
"Getting the phone call to be Travel Guides was a surreal moment for us as we're such big fans of the show. We haven't done much travelling around the world – we've pretty much only been to Bali – so to be able to see the world in all its glory is a once in a lifetime opportunity. And to do it with my best friend is amazing... we're so grateful" said Karly.
"I reckon we're going to bring some sugar and spice, and a barrel of laughs. I'd describe us as chaotic travellers. And when we open our mouths we're never really sure what's going to come out. But we can promise young, wild-woman energy" added Bri.
Now a season in, they've been to India, Nepal, Florida, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, Canada, Peru, France and the Cook Islands.

With seven seasons already under their belt, the Frens are some of the most well-travelled Guides.

Kevin and Janetta
Like the Frens, Kevin and Janetta have been stars of Travel Guides since Season 1.
They've even celebrated a whopping 75 episodes with the show!
The discerning couple earned themselves the nickname "holiday snobs" thanks to their love for the finer things in life.
Their tastes are aligned, and they have a particular predilection for fine food and wine and swank accommodation.

Matt and Brett
Matt and Brett are fun-loving couple from Newcastle (yep, another set of Travel Guides from there).
They joined the show in Season 4 in 2020 and have brought plenty of laughs to our screens ever since.
Matt and Brett have been together for 21 years and tied the knot in New Zealand 10 years ago.
Matt and Brett are super social and will strike up a conversation with anyone. They never fight because Matt's always right!

The Boys: Kev, Dorian and Teng
Kev, Dorian and Teng are the tight-knit trio that have kept us laughing since Season 2 in 2018.
Initially known as 'The Target boys' because they met while working at, you guessed it, Target, the boys are keen to give pretty much anything a crack.
They are all proud of their cultural roots and of being first generation Aussies. Kev has Chinese heritage, Dorian is Greek and Teng's background is Vietnamese.
