Flying into the most remote capital city in Australia, our Guides have gone off road and off-grid deep into the heart of Kakadu.

Home to the world's oldest surviving culture, with the local indigenous people living here for over 65,000 years, it's no surprise 200,000 folks make the trek each year.

The Guides stopped at Kakadu Billabong Safari Camp along the emerald banks of the Jim Jim River.

"We've hit the jackpot. Being on the Billabong at death's edge was just worth it for the barramundi" Victoria laughed as she dug into the freshly baked fish.
