Kanye West finally sells Hollywood Hills home

After a long time on the market and several failed attempts to sell the property, rapper Kanye West has finally sold his home in Hollywood Hills.

The sale went through quietly and went for $3.7 million. West first listed the house for sale in 2010 for $5 million and again in 2013 for $4.16 million.

The multilevel house was built in 2002 and West purchased it the following year for $2.2 million. It features amazing views over Los Angeles with balconies on all three floors to make the most of the location.

Fans of the rapper will remember the eccentric décor featuring artwork of The Jetsons from his music video for 'Heartless', which depicts a cartoon version of West in his home.

Other notable features include the fish tank in the master bedroom and an opulent chandeliers.

The open plan home has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a formal entry, bar, den and home theatre.
