Jarryd Hayne sells Paddington home for $2.97 million

NRL star and new father, Jarryd Hayne no longer calls Sydney home after selling his cute Paddington terrace.
He purchased the property in 2013 for $1.315 million, and when he bought the home it only had two bedrooms and one bathroom. Jarryd Hayne commissioned extensive renovations by architect, Dickson Rothschild. When completed, the terrace was turned into a modern three bedroom and three bathroom home, with an additional attic.
The most striking feature of the architect designed home would have to be the vivid shade of fuchsia that starts with the striking front door and pops up throughout the otherwise neutral home.
Hayne originally listed the home for $3.25 million, before dropping the price to $2.97 million, but he still made away with a tidy profit.
The Titan’s player isn’t out of the Sydney property market altogether though. He still has another home in Paddington and one in Darlinghurst, both of which are leased.
He’s yet to purchase property in Queensland, but with that kind of money, he’ll be able to get an enormous family home on the Gold CoastMost viewed in The Block
