  • Scissors
  • Brown craft paper
  • Pencil
  • Glue
  • Twine
  • Cracker snaps
  • Stamps & ink pad
  • Toys, sweets, jokes, etc.

Make Christmas Day pop with a personalised handmade bonbon that doubles as a place card for your dinner guests.

Step 1 Cut an empty paper towel tube into three equal sections.

Step 2 Space sections of tube evenly along kraft paper and mark with pencil, allowing for a border either side of tube. Cut kraft paper into sections.

Step 3 Place toys, sweets or jokes in the centre of each bonbon. Remember to add cracker snaps to ensure your day goes off with a bang.

Roll a piece of paper around a tube until there is no cardboard showing, then twist each end. Repeat with remaining tubes.

Step 5 Use twine or ribbon to wrap around twists and decorate bonbons.
