"I knew my life was heavily pregnant at the start, but Tilly came three weeks early so that was unexpected," Haydn revealed.

"It was pretty surreal, a pretty crazy rush when I got the call."

The new dad revealed he'd spent a few wonderful nights with his new family before Block duties began to call.

Best bud Ricky also made an appearance in the unseen clip, looking back on the solo week that had him scrambling to finish their first bathroom alone.

"Haydn and Chelsea have been working so hard to create a family for so long, so I was more than happy to take on the extra work required to get the job done," he said.

Haydn and his partner Chelsea had been trying for nearly a decade to have a baby and tried IVF for years without success.

Last year they conceived naturally, which was a beautiful surprise for the star.

And while Haydn's Block journey has only just begun, he hopes the experience will help set up his young family.

With the first Room Reveals just around the corner, will Ricky and Haydn be off to a strong start?
