Space Invaders returns with an inspirational new season of decluttering and home makeovers
Lives will be forever changed when homes get the declutter treatment and an inspirational makeover in Season 2 of Space Invaders.
The hit show returns to TV on Saturday February 19 at 7.30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Declutter guru Peter Walsh, renovation queen Cherie Barber and treasure hunter Lucas Callaghan are all back to help families overwhelmed by clutter get back on track.

According to Peter, Season 2 is even bigger, better and more inspiring than Season 1.
"The show in Season 1 was finding its feet... but in Season 2 we've really found our stride," he told 9Entertainment.
"The show has this magical quality that's really about changing people's lives. Everyone the show touches it has this amazing effect on... In Season 2 I think you see families opening up much more, you see families really exploring the issues that have gotten them so stuck with their stuff, during a time of COVID when we've all been struggling with how to reinvent our spaces and how to live much closer with each other," Peter said.

Space Invaders might be better in Season 2 but the winning formula from the first season remains. It starts with Peter not only helping families get rid of things cluttering up their space, but deal with the emotions that come with it.
Then Lucas looks through the excess stuff for hidden gems that might be worth big money.

While all that is taking place Cherie is back at the house renovating the rooms that have been emptied and making them look fresh and inviting on a budget.
"In Season 2 you see everything that you loved from Season 1, but you see it much closer, much deeper, much more magically and everyone who touches the show is has fallen in love with it," Peter added.
