Truffle Discovery Centre

Matt Hibberd is using his background as a former security dog handler to give old dogs new tricks at Stanthorpe's Truffle Discovery Centre.

Taking the dogs from the local pound, Matt is giving them a loving new home and purpose by training them to hunt out truffles and is inviting guests into that world. introducing them to truffles with talks, tours and tastings at his interpretive centre. In a region well known for its apples and grapes, Matt and his pack are proving that Stanthorpe is a must visit location for foodies far and wide.

Championing the truffle in all that he does, Matt's range of products on offer include oils, glazes and salts.
