Having grown up in a small coastal town Stuart would push the limits in the surf and consequently damage his board enough times to force him to learn how to fix it himself. From there he naturally rode that wave into surfboard shaping and his business took off.
This devotion to the sport and hunger for the swell had him carving a path to becoming a local legend both in the water and the workshop, as well as a surfing mainstay on the Gold Coast.
