Red Cat Adventures
Julie and Asher Telford's journey from a chance meeting in Airlie Beach to building a thriving tourism business and becoming active pillars of their community is a testament to their passion for adventure, family, and local involvement. With a shared love for the sea, the couple launched Red Cat Adventures in 2015, offering guests exhilarating day trips around the Whitsunday Islands on board their custom built boat, Thundercat.
Since then, Thundercat has become a national icon, providing unforgettable experiences at Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet, and the Great Barrier Reef. While their business thrives, family and community are at the heart of everything they do. Julie and Asher raise three sons – avid sailors and local athletes – and are deeply involved in regional initiatives.
