Coming to Australia for a better life in 2002, Peter Micheals landed a job at a local fish shop to help support his way through university.

Four years later, having graduated from university, what initially began as his side job soon became a lifelong career and passion spanning over 45 years.

When the opportunity came to take over the much loved local institution that is Morgan's Seafood in Scarborough, Peter and his son-in-law Roan jumped at the chance, taking on the challenge to create something great out of the powerhouse establishment.
