Where the reef meets the beef! Meet the fourth-generation cattle farmer Richard Wilson, who decided after a few beers and prawns to make a sea change and invested in the Great Keppel Bay Marina – the largest, privately owned marina in Northern Australia. It's also where they started a small sandwich shop which has grown into the Great Keppel Bay Marina Restaurant, exclusively serving up prime beef produced by the family and available nowhere else in Australia.

Now, in a full family affair Richard, his wife and his children operating a marina, restaurant, and several cattle properties in Central Queensland, which allows them to deliver a genuine paddock to plate experience where they know that at every step of the journey the product is treated with the highest respect, which in their words, "translates to the best possible dining experience."
