When Co-Founders of Gnocchi Gnochhi Brothers, Ben Cleary-Corradini and Theo Roduner first met, a shared dedication for creating seriously good Italian food put them on the path for future success. Their passion took them from a two-person stall serving fresh hand-made gnocchi, to opening Australia's first Gnocchoria. They now have three restaurants across the Southeast and want everyone to share their love for authentic Italian cuisine.
