Frith always had adventure in her bones, but after years of focusing on family, she realised she'd lost touch with the spirited woman she once was. Sensing a 'quiet loss' of identity in other women too, she set out to reclaim her spark. She founded GirlsTrek as a space for women to rediscover themselves through nature and shared experience.
What began as local day walks has grown into a thriving sisterhood built on laughter, belonging, and support.
