This week on My Way, Good Food writer and cook Julia Busuttil Nishimura ventures into the vast and vibrant world of flavour in Tropical North Queensland.
During the 1970s Colin and Dawn Gray decided to push the boundaries of fruit in Australia when they set up Cape Trib Farm.
Inspired by the tropical environments around the globe, they grew the range of unique and delicious fruits to over 80 different varieties.

Now their daughter Merran, with her husband Jeremy and their son Sam, continue to produce tropical fruit and they now grow nearly 80 different varieties of fruit on the property.
Sam's passion sits with exploring and implementing sustainable practices while Merran and Jeremy head up the experiential aspects of the farm with tours, tastings and accommodation.
