Canefields Distilling
Together, Kylie, Luke and Dan are reviving Queensland's Rum and Gin Legacy through Canefields Distillery. With roots in town planning, law and sugar cane farming, the unlikely trio were united by a common mission to transform Queensland into a premier rum destination.
Where the sugarcane industry in the Sunshine Coast region had long declined, the group restored neglected canefields, revived cane crushing practices and opened Canfields Distillery.

Today, Canfield's Distillery controls every aspect of rum and gin production on-site, from planting to bottling. As the first batch of Rum distils, try their new house-distilled gin.
