In the sneak peek for Sunday's episode – which you can watch above – it appears that Lyndall is going into the Commitment Ceremony with something weighing on her mind.

"Lyndall you wanted to say something," expert John Aiken says as he calls on the bride.

She reveals a key piece of information about the 'secret night out' which may put the pieces of the puzzle together.

"Umm that night, I may have misheard it but Adam turned to me and said, 'I'm going to go home with Claire,'" she says.

Surprise echoes through the room as the big bombshell from Lyndall drops.

"What?" one groom questions.

"I'm in shock," adds a bride.

The voice-over teases that "hearts will melt" as "real love" takes centre stage at the first Commitment Ceremony.

As Tahnee and Ollie take the couch, she blushes that their relationship has "been like a first date that never ended".

While Cameron admits that his romance with Lyndall is "getting very serious".

And Alyssa swoons over her time with Duncan, calling it "absolutely magical".

Despite trying to put on a brave face for the experts, Bronte admits she's "been crying a lot".

Unsurprisingly, Harrison doesn't understand why Bronte is so upset.

"It actually hasn't been that bad for me if I'm being honest," he says.

It turns out Lyndall's little tidbit of information about the secret night out might be nothing, after what Shannon does.

And as the participants flash their decision cards to the camera, there's at least one participant that chooses to write 'leave'.
