MAFS' Jacqui Burfoot and Clint Rice officially tie the knot in lavish lakeside ceremony

Married At First Sight's Jacqui Burfoot and Clint Rice are officially married!
The couple, who met on the show and found love after Season 12 wrapped, confirmed they tied the knot in Jacqui's home country, New Zealand, but so far have kept most details under wraps.
"Married, 20 April 2026 🤍," they announced the wonderful news this week in a joint post on Instagram.

The joint announcement featured a photo of the loved-up newlyweds sharing a kiss with the stunning lake in the background.
Over at TikTok, the bride posted their wedding photo to Can't Help Falling In Love by Elvis. She teased the official "wedding content" was coming soon.

For their big day, Clint stepped out in a timeless back tuxedo and bow tie, while bride Jacqui looked breathtaking in a sweeping white gown. She wore her hair out in loose waves, decorated with a trailing lace veil.

Friends and MAFS stars rushed to the comments to congratulate the new husband and wife.
"OHHHHHH CONGRATULATIONS GUYS," gushed Season 13 bride Bec.

"Awww congratulations 🥂 ❤️💍," wrote Season 8's Liam Cooper, while a third commented: "Breathtaking ❤️ look at you two 🤍🤍🤍."
Jacqui and Clint's engagement
Jacqui and Clint dropped the bombshell news of their engagement in April 2025 while their Reunion episode was airing.
Clint got down on one knee while the pair were watching the Reunion live at a private viewing party.

"I wanted to have a conversation later, but we've got a room full of new friends... for what you've done on-screen, you're an absolute star and you've been a star in my life," Clint said to Jacquit in front of a room full of people.

"You're amazing, and I know we signed up for MAFS to get married and find a life-long partner. So I've got one question for you," he continued, with everyone in the room beginning to scream.
He then asked Jacqui to marry him.
Jacqui burst into tears and fell onto the chair in front of her, before screaming the word 'yes' and kissing him multiple times.

The engagement came as a surprise to fans as the couple had only confirmed their relationship during the Dinner Reunion the episode prior.

Jacqui was previously married to Ryan Donnelly in the experiment, but the couple ended their romance in an explosive Final Vows.
Meanwhile, Clint was married to Lauren Hall after her failed marriage to Eliot Donovan. The couple left early on into their relationship, and Clint and Jacqui connected after her romance with Ryan ended.
After weeks of rumours, they confirmed their romance at the start of the Reunion Dinner Party.
"At least we found each other," Jacqui said to Clint in the sweet clip.
"I didn't expect to meet anyone like you," Clint replied.
