MAFS bride Beck Zemek is learning to 'embrace' changes to her body at 22-weeks pregnant

Rebecca 'Beck' Zemek is well over halfway through her pregnancy — currently at 22 weeks — and has shared the changes to her body that she has learnt to "embrace" along the way.

The Married At First Sight 2021 bride looked glowing as she posed in a series of images showing off her baby bump. She explained that she planned to post more photos of her changing body, after forgetting to keep her fans updated during the earlier stages of her pregnancy.

"I use to ALWAYS have a sad at my friends when they told me they hadn't been taking baby bump updates during their pregnancy…. Yet here I am over half way with not too many comparison photos to show," she wrote on Instagram.

Beck went on to reveal she's noticing a lot of changes to her body, like losing her muscle tone, but is trying to "embrace [her] softness now".

"Finally the bump is bypassing my boobs. I honestly get so many more comments on my boobs over my bump," she continued.

"The thing is, I use to always have large breasts until I became heavily into boxing and weight training, and since I've had to slow down on that... they have made a reappearance with vengeance."

Beck also revealed she and her boyfriend Ben Michell have been starting to think of names for her daughter.

"Ben and I have downloaded a baby name tinder, it's where if you both like a name it will match and go on the list."

The loved-up couple already have five names in mind but asked fans for their "non mainstream" suggestions.

It comes after Beck and Ben hosted a gender reveal party, where they revealed they are expecting a little girl.

Beck announced her pregnancy last month in a joint Instagram post with Ben.

She announced the news to her large social media following on Instagram, posting a stunning beachside photoshoot while cradling her growing baby bump.

"💫The secret is out 💫 Ben and I are over the moon to finally announce we are expecting a bundle of joy in May 2022!" she wrote.

"Thankyou to everyone who has kept this a secret for such a long time!!! Also for all the wonderful support over the last few months, it truly means the world to us 🤍

"Who knew the best was yet to come, this is such a miracle for us and we are already over filled with love for you little one 😭🤍."

People who would have been in on Beck's secret include the cast of Celebrity Apprentice 2022, who filmed with her for a few months last year.
