Tyson was labelled a "walking red flag" by the hosts of MAFS: After The Dinner Party after his controversial comments were aired.

It was during the show's second episode, which you can stream now on Stan, that Tyson was called out for wanting a "submissive" partner, while unseen footage left the hosts, and Tyson included, gobsmacked.

Tyson was questioned on MAFS: After The Dinner Party. Stan

The 30-year-old joined After The Dinner Party hosts Laura Byrne, Brittany Hockley and Jules Lund on the lounge.

Introduced as the groom who has "offended every single woman in Australia", Tyson explained his choice of words.

Jules did not understand.  Stan

"I probably could have worded it maybe a little better. I probably could have said 'traditional'," Tyson responded.

But Laura handed it to him, suggesting perhaps he didn't understand what the word 'submissive' meant.

"You're sort of talking down to me," Tyson interrupted.

As Laura continued to explain the definition of "submissive" she said, essentially by definition, what he really wanted "was a dog".

What Tyson said next had the hosts almost leaping off the couch.

Laura then called him out for a comment that hit close to home.

"I take accountability there. That is something that I regret saying," Tyson admitted on the show. "Because it's not easy and quite frankly I do respect all all the single mums out there."

And for the juice you really came here for, unseen footage played on MAFS: After The Dinner Party revealed exactly what the rest of the cast thought of the groom.

And they did not hold back.  Stan

Bec said something "completely inappropriate" and it had host Jules reeling.

"Look, it's uncomfortable to watch and I clearly have offended quite a few people by the looks of it," Tyson admitted.
