New MAFS couple Teejay and Beth on the moment that derailed their entire wedding: 'Not the right time or place'

It was supposed to be Beth and Teejay's special Married At First Sight dream wedding, but no one expected an argument to break out between another couple.

During Monday night's episode, Jacqui and Ryan had an explosive argument about their relationship mid-reception – and now Beth has spoken out about what happened.

Speaking on Today Extra with husband Teejay, Beth said: "If I was attending someone else's wedding I would've kept my own drama under wraps.

"But Jacqui just couldn't help herself... I don't think it was the right time or place but I had a beautiful day regardless."

Beth and Teejay didn't let the other brides and grooms take the focus away from them.

In fact, Beth, 28, opened up about the daunting moment she told new husband Teejay she'd never been in a relationship before.

"He took it really well and his reaction was lovely," Beth glowed of Teejay's response to the news.

"It definitely was a relief but I'm just an honest person and I just wanted to get that off my chest as soon as possible."
