With three new couples joining the Married At First Sight experiment things are already heating up, and after a tense Dinner Party it looks like there's more drama coming.

Selina and Cody are back in a rough patch, but it looks like they're not the only ones. Mitch and Ella have a tense moment on the couch in a sneak peek which teases plenty of tears are coming.

An explosive look at Sunday night's Commitment Ceremony shows the experts going hard on the group, where one couple calls it quits.

"She said I have no balls, I tick five out of her 10 boxes," Daniel tells the experts from the couch.

"In the mother of all Sundays, no bad deed goes unpunished," teases the voice-over.

Expert John Aiken is clearly not happy with someone and asks, "What prompted you to call him a little (bleep)?"

Selina tells the experts she's confused, but Mel Schilling isn't buying it.

"Well, you don't sound confused, you sound like you're saying all the problems are caused by Cody," the expert fires back.

Selina says "yes" without any emotion.

But there's going to be a shock coming with one couple deciding to leave the experiment.

There are plenty of stunned faces around the room as different couples take their turn on the couch.

A tense couch session for Ella and Mitch leads to tears from the groom.

"Look at me, let me ask you this," John says to Ella. "Do you feel like Mitch is too good for you?"

Ella looks stunned and Mitch wipes back tears as he says, "I just didn't realise that's how she felt."

It's going to be another big Sunday on MAFS.
