"Life works in mysterious ways and this guy came into my life when I least expected it," he captioned the post.

"I know I don't have to explain my life or what I do but I am very open and honest and wanted to let you all know.

"I met this guy early this year after the experiment. We hit it off and we remained friends until recently. Samuel has shown me what support looks like, what trust looks like and much more. I am scared, I am nervous but most of all I am happy."

Samuel also shared the same selfie on his own social media account.

"It looks like the 'experiment' worked out for the both of us," he added in his caption of the photo.

Liam has hinted that something was happening between him and Samuel in previous posts.

The pair went skydiving together in early June, with Liam sharing a picture of them together after the jump.

Samuel has developed a close friendship with other MAFS stars, including Tamara Joy and Lizzie Sobinoff, who congratulated the pair on their new relationship.

Liam was matched with Georgia Fairweather during their time on MAFS.

He decided not to continue with their relationship on the outside, after a dramatic Final Vows. After he said he would like to give things a chance, Georgia unleashed on Liam, and despite her decision to continue he couldn't do it and walked away.

His sexuality was a hot topic of conversation at their wedding, after it was bought up, however Liam believes it doesn't define who he is.

"Being bisexual — it doesn't define who I am. I hate labels. I even hate having to say I'm bisexual. We shouldn't live in a world where we have to put labels on each other," he explained in an interview with 9Entertainment.

Liam revealed that he came out at around 25, and moved from his country town to a major Australian city where he felt more accepted.

"A lot of people I wouldn't say were homophobic, but they just weren't educated around it so you felt like you couldn't come out or be yourself. You had to be that stereotypical country boy. It was really hard growing up in that environment," he explained.

We wish the new couple all the best as they kick off this new chapter together.
