Love Island UK's Molly-Mae Hague has revealed she's on a "really strict diet plan" in order to get back to her "pre-Love Island body".

The 21-year-old spoke about getting her diet in order while making breakfast at home on a vlog posted on her YouTube channel.

"For breakfast I'm going to have some cereal. This diet plan I'm on, I've been having the same breakfast for literally the past month. It is 30 grams of Coco Pops… I'm on this diet plan that's been given to me by this really great guy who specialises in body transformations and I'm really trying to get back to my pre-Love Island body," she said.

The comment comes after Molly-Mae was targeted by trolls over bikini photos taken while she was on holiday in Ibiza.

Despite this Molly-Mae denied her strict diet was due to the comments from the trolls and something she was doing for herself.

"Before anybody comes and says, 'The trolling has made her want to lose weight,' like no — this has been an ongoing struggle for me for literally the last year coming out of the show," she said.

"I've had no routine and I've never been able to get back to my healthy eating. But I'm back on it now."

The reality star then joked to her followers that "30 grams is like a normal portion… I must have been having like 300 grams before I knew that was a normal portion".

Later in her vlog she also revealed what she was having for dinner: pasta with broccoli and sweet corn along with some turkey sausages.

Despite being an influencer before going on Love Island UK Season 5, the star's popularity grew after her appearance on the show, where she formed a deep romantic connection with boxer Tommy Fury that has continued in real life.
