First look at Sophie Monk in new Love Island Season 2 teaser

If you're still wallowing in your post-Love Island UK withdrawals, then have we got news for you.

Love Island Australia is returning soon and it looks like it's going to have some divine new bikini-clad singles.

The teaser trailer shows an angelic-looking Cupid (Sophie), surrounded by equally celestial (and equally gorgeous) angel companions, looking down on the world from the heavens.

Suddenly, she hears a voice, and turns to see the rays of light shine down from the very God of Love himself, who announces, "We've got a big problem with love. There's just not enough. Dating apps aren't working… we need more love."

"It's all taken care of," Sophie responds. "I've got the perfect place for falling in love. It's an island… a love island."

There's no doubt that we're going to see a whole host of sexy bods and roaring egos return to Love Island Australia in Season 2, and fans of the series simply can't wait to see it.

"This season is gonna be awesome! So looking forward to this!" one Twitter user replied to the post.

"Ahhh super excited!! Would love to go on the show one year, my guilty pleasure," admitted another.
