Nervous Charlie scrambles to stay in the villa

As Charlie flirted with Kim, his partner Natasha watched on, unimpressed. The pair had previously decided to form a strategic alliance, but Tash was losing faith in the union, fast.

“I would stick with Charlie,” her Villa wingwoman Erin advised but Tash said, “I don’t trust him one bit. He’s just so fake.”

“I thought you [guys] had a pact?” Erin asked. “We did,” Tash agreed. “And he’s now trying to suck up to Kim. I know for a fact that Kim’s not his type. He’s cut up that I’m not interested in him, he’s just a bullsh*tter.” She pondered if she should pick Justin, who wouldn’t hurt her, instead.

Charlie, who had already admitted he felt extremely vulnerable in the villa, wasn’t tip toeing around his options anymore. “What do you see in me? How do you feel for me?” he asked Kim. “I like you, I do,” she said.

“I’m just panicking,” Charlie began and quickly corrected himself. “Not panicking, I really do want to give you a crack. You’re the only girl here who I see a spark happening with. I’m not just saying that.”

He admitted to Josh he was feeling 80 percent confident Kim would pick him. “I’m just not sure,” he confessed.

With good reason. Kim was admitting that while she knew Charlie thought she would pick him, she still wasn’t sure. John James, also fighting for his place in the Villa, told her that Charlie would almost certainly end up ditching her for someone else.

With no other options up his sleeve, Charlie admitted, “I’m a bit nervous leading into the end of the week. It’s crazy here. One day can change everything. One hour can change everything.”

An hour later at the recoupling, things had changed exactly the way Charlie didn’t want.

Turns out the panic was justified after all.
