When Margarita hit the Love Island Australia Villa last week she piqued the boys' interest in seconds. But that wasn't the only interest she caught. Influencer Emma Spiliopoulos, who boasts over 330,000 followers, was quick to notice that in a post on Margarita's Instagram, the Islander had been Photoshopped into Emma's bedroom.

Emma posted an Instagram Story drawing attention to the situation, including the picture in question with the added text: "Stalking the new girl from love island and is it just me but why is one of her selfies photoshopped into my room?"

Speaking to 9Entertainment after being Dumped from the Love Island Australia Villa, Margarita revealed "what happened".

"What happened with that picture is, I was new to Instagram and one of my friends had changed the background.

"I thought she just put a grey background on the back. I didn't really look at the background, and now looking at it I'm like, 'Ooh I better slide into her [Emma's] DM's and apologise for using her bedroom'.

Margarita added that she had no idea she was using someone else's bedroom in her picture, saying, "That's kind of creepy. I didn't creep into her room, it was just a background change. I honestly have no idea how it was put like that."

Margarita was also caught up in another interesting moment on Love Island Australia when a fellow Islander, Adam, made a shock comment to her in the Villa.

"I look at you and you're just like not my flavour… I like really natural girls," he said bluntly.

Margarita's response to the comment was surprising.

"I didn't think too much into it. Everyone is entitled to what their flavour is, and not being Adam's flavour for me wasn't the end of the world," she told 9Entertainment.

"Some people like someone who's more fake. Some people like someone who's more natural. That's completely fine."

While Margarita hasn't found love on Love Island Australia, she does think fellow Islanders Josh and Anna have.
