Cartier's sun-kissed makeup tutorial

There's no denying that all of the Islanders on Love Island Australia have been enjoying their time in the sun, deckchairs and pool floats of the Villa, but there's always room for a good beauty routine.

Stunning Islander Cartier knows the value of a good natural makeup look when spending time in the tropical sun, and she shows us how she achieves it in this exclusive video.

Cartier starts out by adding some sun-kissed glow to her cheekbones, highlighting her face and making her nose "skinnier". This is then accented with a MCoBeauty bronzer in a darker shade that Cartier applies under her cheekbones and jaw for depth.

Bonus hint: Cartier pinches a narrow brush with her fingers to contour her nose with highlighter.

Once all of that is applied, Cartier adds eyeshadow in a neutral colour around her crease, saving a more glittery shade for her lid: "Not too close to the edge and not too close to the inner corner", though! She applies the glittery shade with her finger to pick up more pigment.

And in case you were wondering what Cartier considers the most important part of her face, she reaches for her eyebrows, which, it must be noted, are already sculpted for the Gods.

Adding the Pro-cision Brow Pencil from MCoBeauty to her brows, Cartier notes that it "does have a spoolie at the end" which is very helpful full when you're filling in patchy spots on your brows.

Cartier finishes the look off with a swipe of waterproof mascara and she's set for a day of hopping out of the pool, and into Adam's waiting arms. Thank God for that natural glowy, sun-kissed beauty look!
