Exclusive: Dylan breaks silence on 8-month dating hiatus after dramatic split with ex – as he makes dramatic return to Love Island Australia 2025
EXCLUSIVE: A familiar face has arrived in Spain and he's ready to shake things up.
It's round two for Irishman Dylan (and his infamous tongue), as he returns to Love Island Australia as a Bombshell.
After a "rollercoaster" experience on last year's Season 6, he's arriving in Spain with a different game plan this time around.

"The only thing I would change slightly would be me opening up and taking a girl for who they are," Dylan said in an exclusive and unseen video, which you can watch above.
"I think I went in with the mindset of [being] closed off and not let anyone see the real you on TV and this time, I'm going in to find a woman. I feel like I'm a lot more of a man this year."

Dylan jumped straight into a Hotel Amor date with Yana, ending an eight-month dry spell on the dating front.
"I haven't actually been on a date, like a dinner setting date in about eight months. I get really weirded out about them I think," he explained.
"Especially now that I've entered influencer life, I think people can act very weird so I'm very weary.
"The dating world at the moment is a scary place! I've seen scary stuff."
Unfortunately for him, we think his return means he's likely to see more scary stuff...

Dylan's Love Island Australia 2024 journey
Dylan was Coupled Up with Mimi early on in the Season 6 Villa, but after she chose to pursue things with Steph, Dylan found himself building a connection with Sophie.
Their relationship was complicated by Sophie's real life history with Zane – which all came to an explosive conclusion during Hotel Amor.

Despite their many bumps, Dylan and Sophie worked things out but were sent home ahead of the finale.

However, by January 2025 the pair went back-and-forth on social media as they confirmed they had split.
