Exclusive: Sharn and Ross break silence after co-star 'beef' after fellow Islander labels them 'fake'

EXCLUSIVE: Post-finale, Love Island Australia runners-up Sharn and Ross confirmed they are "still going strong".
The pair both had a strong inkling Yana and Kye would win but held out a "10 percent hope" they might bag the win themselves.
Speaking to 9Entertainment, Sharn, 26, and Ross, 28, revealed some big plans and broke their silence on where they stand with Gabby after she labelled them "fake".

Sharn is moving from her Adelaide home to the Gold Coast which is just a short drive away from Ross in Byron Bay. She and a girlfriend from Adelaide are moving into a new apartment together just after Christmas.
The pair said they're enjoying exploring their relationship outside the Villa but haven't been able to spend much time together.
"We're trying to get every moment we can together because of the distance," Sharn said.

With Sharn's move and Ross' busy DJ schedule travelling for gigs across the country, the couple probably won't see each other again until mid January.
But they're excited for when life finally settles with many of their Love Island crew based in the Gold Coast as well.
"Izzy and Connor are there, so is Gabby, Alex, boy Bailey, Jotham are all up there," they said.

Many viewers might be surprised to hear both Sharn and Ross are on good terms with Gabby after she claimed they weren't a genuine couple and Ross was just after screen time.
"I don't see any real beef with her and I know, maybe there is on her end but we should be good moving forward," Ross said.
"We still love her even though she said we were fake," Sharn giggled.

Are Sharn and Ross still together?
Yes! Sharn and Ross are still together.
"I'm super happy for everything we've been through and Movie Night especially with my big mouth," Sharn smiled.
"Even though it's been tough, we've made it through," Ross said.

Sharn had her eyes on Ross (or more, his mullet and mo) the second he walked into the Villa.
The two were a slow burn, were torn apart but found their way back stronger than ever.

"I'm very happy I have found Ross in this Villa and made that connection," Sharn beamed.
"I think I needed to stray from the path to realise I was on the wrong one and we came back stronger, passed the test and stood the test of time," Ross reflected.
Sharn and Ross meet each other's families
During the finale episode, the Islanders virtually met their partner's loved ones.
But for Sharn, this was more than a catch up with her sister and dad, she had some huge life news to share.
"My family don't know I want to move to the Goldie [Gold Coast] yet," she told Ross. "I'm nervous of telling them."

With Ross in Byron Bay, Sharn said she was open to moving from Adelaide to coastal Queensland.
Sharn said it's a move she's always wanted to do – and would make continuing their relationship on the outside easier.
"My sister was definitely not expecting that," Sharn reacted as she dropped the bombshell news.
