After having a promising start, things kind of hit a standstill early into their budding relationship.

"I feel like there's no spark for me," Jess told Aaron.

Jess turned her head for Taku after that, and the pair spent some time together getting to know each other.

We all remember the fruit platter blow-up? How could we forget.

But that relationship didn't last long either.

Despite Taku's romantic gestures Jess' heart wasn't in it, and she decided she wanted to get to know Aaron again.

Jess told Taku she "still wants to be open in getting to know other people". And by "other people" she meant Aaron.

But Taku was the one who made Jess' decision easier, saying, "I don't want to be in the love triangle anymore now."

Things started looking up for Jess and Aaron from that moment and the two became inseparable.

From romantic dates to deep chats, the pair grew closer every day in the Villa.

Aaron went all out trying to win over Jess' heart to show her how much he appreciated her, which left Jess "genuinely shocked".

After some time away from each other during Casa Week, the pair decided to become 'exclusive'. Aaron told Jess that he wouldn't turn his head for a new Bomb and Jess felt the same.

To celebrate the next stage in their relationship, Jess and Aaron spent a "heated night" night in the Hideaway where they felt their connection grow.

But to everyone's surprise, their relationship hit a snag over a supposed "dirty look", of all things. We weren't sure if they would come back from this one.

The small issue blew up between the two and they just couldn't seem to see eye-to-eye. After several failed attempts to rekindle, Aaron made the rash decision to leave the Villa.

Well he attempted to and even made a sweet speech to the Islanders. But that was short-lived after Jess convinced him to stay.

Just as the two were on the mend, in came two hot girls who were both attracted to Aaron. One girl, in particular, had tunnel-vision for him. Eliza ended up stealing Aaron from Jess at a Recoupling Ceremony, but Aaron was quick to reassure Jess that he was still all in with their relationship. CUTE!

On their final date, Aaron and Jess confirmed their exclusivity for each other. It was quite sweet, actually.

"I haven't felt like this about anyone," Jess admitted to Aaron. "I feel safe and secure with you."

"I've never in my life ever connected with someone on a deep level like I have with you," Aaron agreed.
